Refund Policy

We offer refunds and/or exchanges (if applicable) within the first 30 days of the delivery of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of delivery of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We only offer refunds for items sold at normal price, sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, send us an email to leninha.curator@gmail.com and send the item to.

Goods Not Covered

The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:

  • Gift cards

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
  • If you have already done all of this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at leninha.curator@gmail.com

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the artist. It must be sent to the following address: Avenida Barbosa du Bocage 90, 4.ºEsq, 1050-032 Lisboa, Portugal
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.
  • Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
